Intern & Youth Advisor

Selected as the only high-school student on the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education and subsequently elected Youth Advisor, working under the mentorship of Dr. Pramod Naik.

The research programme is aligned with NITI Aayog's future-workforce agenda and asks which technical skills Maharashtra's polytechnic and vocational pipeline must build to meet the state's 2030 labour demand.

Fifteen senior government officials were interviewed across departments; recommendations drawn from those interviews were presented during a state council meeting, and the final report will be submitted to the Directorate of Technical Education.
